Next time you're in the Library, take a minute to stroll down Euclid Avenue in its golden age, when it was renowned as one of the grandest and most beautiful streets in the world. Now through February 27, we'll be sharing a selection of photographs, prints, etchings, books, and of course postcards, all drawn from the Library's Special Collections, source of the endlessly fascinating Cleveland Memory Project.

Our exhibit on the first floor of the Library is just a taste of what's available down the street at the Galleries at CSU. While the Library's display focuses on the late 19th and early 20th centuries, the main exhibit, titled "150 Years of Euclid Avenue's Greatness", is a multimedia historical narrative, featuring historical and specially commissioned new photographs, as well as artifacts, maps, contextual captioning, and a film produced especially for this event.
